Several people with family databases, including some members of the Ray family, have Katie Pauline Moody as the second wife of Noble Ray of Henry County, TN, and Calloway County, KY, but, although they are probably correct, I have found no evidence that convinces me. Noble was still married to his first wife in 1940 and lived in Hazel, KY. If he was Katie Pauline's first husband, they married between the 1940 census date and 1943, when Katie applied for and got her delayed certificate of birth
