for Matthew (AFN:1LJR-WWB) and Eleanor McMillan (AFN:1LJR-WFF).
I have no convincing evidence that Matthew's and Eleanor's daughter
Jane lived to adulthood. The pension records merely state her age and
that she was dead in late 1851. This means that she did not marry, move
away, and lose touch with the familly. Her name does not appear in the
early marriages in Logan County, KY, but she could have married in one
of the counties formed from Logan. She would have been between 35 and
40 when the familly came to Henry County; thus, she didn't likely have
a first marriage there.
