George Rufus b. 24 Dec 1864, ROane co TN d. 9 March 1895, New Bethel, MO (7) SArah Jane b. 30 Jan 1867, ROane co TN d. 8 Oct 1950, Barren Creek MO (8)Charles Lee b. 14 Oct 1869, Roane co TN d. 1 Nov 1940, Barren Creek MO Elizabeth Alexander (Watson) was also the step mother of James Leander WAtson (b. 15 Sept 1848 TN d. 18 Oct 1898, Denver CO) and John Henry Watson (b. 13 Feb 1851 TN d. 14 Jan 1932, Denver CO) In 1871, William Watson and Elizabeth ALexander (Watson)migrated from Roane co TN. According to recorded details from that trip the family " crossed the Tennessee RIver at Kingston and came through the corner of Kentucky into Illinois and then across into Missouri)"-perhaps they stayed with Alexander relatives in Kentucky?? On that trip William and Elizabeth also took their nephew and step-nephew: Thomas Leslie Rodgers Jr and Thomas Findley (see above).
